Spaghetti Bolognese

Serves 4
Ingredients:

- 500g Spaghetti
- 400g of Beef Mince
- 500g of Passata
- 1 Red Onion
- Tabasco Sause
- Worcester Sauce
- Oregano
- Beef Stock Cube (Crushed)
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
- Red Wine (Optional)
- Grated Parmesan (Optional)
Method:
1. Fill a pan with water and set the it to boil. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan.
2. Dice the onion and add to frying pan over a medium heat, cook until softened and brown.
3. Once the water in the pot has boiled add a pinch of salt to the water and add the spaghetti.
4. Add mince to frying pan and cook until browned.
5. In a small pot, heat up the passata.
6. When the passata begins to simmer, add few drops of tobasco sauce and worcester sauce, a pinch of Oregano and the crushed stock cube (and a dash of red wine if desired). Stir well over a low/medium heat.
7. Stir in the browned mince and onion to passata mix.
8. Drain the spaghetti and divide between four plates.
9. Top the spaghetti with the bolognese sauce and serve. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese for more flavour.
